All exchanges and returns must be authorized by SGxEleazar.
You have 6 calendar days after the piece has been delivered to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to: [email protected] indicating the reason for the return. For your convenience, a pre-paid FEDEX guide will be provided so that you only print it and stick it on your package. To make a return effective, the product must not show signs of having been used, dirty, without brand and composition labels or without the sanitary protector. Once we receive the package and its status is verified, your refund will be processed through the same payment method that you used in 5 business days.
NOTE: $ 180.00 MXP will be deducted from your total refund as a cost for the return for national shipping and $ 650.00 MXP for international shipping.

For your convenience, a pre-paid FEDEX guide will be provided so that you only print it and stick it on your package. To effect a change, the product must not show signs of having been used, dirty, without brand and composition labels or without the sanitary protector. Once we receive the package to be exchanged, the new part will be sent to you with a tracking guide in the same way as the initial purchase.
NOTE: All national purchases can be changed at no extra cost. SgxEleazar will send a guide ONLY for the first change for national purchases.
International purchases can also be returned/changed but with the cost of freight being covered by the client.
